Maybe because it's nasty? I buy the prepackaged salad mixes. I hate iceberg. It has no taste. I would never eat salad if that was all I had. Also--remember to consult your atkins book. Don't just listen to us! A lot of people have modified their own version of atkins (like myself) but you can always go straight to the source himself....Dr A rules. buy the book!
