Sorry forgot to mention....

The soaking in the garlic etc, ect, ect takes away the soy taste away but I honestly couldn't taste it when I made the chilli concarne last night. I sprinkled it or was it covered, yeah it was covered, like heaps!!...lol...with cheddar cheese, nummy, nummy, nummy!!
