I have stayed the same weight but gone down 3 sizes!!! I guess that's what we are trying to do is loose size... right? My bodyfat to lean mass improved so drastically. My trainer has explained I lost 20 lbs of fat, and replaced it with 18 pounds of muscle. Which, btw, LOOKS GREAT! Muscle rocks! It looks sexy, it feels good, and it's so healthy.
I am starting to care less and less what the scale says. Bodyfat percentage is such a better gauge of heath than the scale!
