Thank you for writing this. One of my concerns upon starting this diet is that I don't know how to cook. The few recipes I have found, I found by accident. I used what I had and it just happened to turn out well.

I am not a cook and don't plan to be in the future. I just want to get through induction and increase my carbs so I can have my MASHED TATERS! ;o)
