I think the ice cream you're referring to is called "Slender". The only place I've seen it is Kroger. I love the Butter Pecan.....but I had high BG fasting levels, in the 140's. Don't know if it was the Splenda or the cream. Since I quit using both my fasting BG is now normal, yay.
