Laura: I'd say 8 glasses is probably not enough. 8 glasses is the _minimum_ recommended for ANYONE. This diet needs you to have more. Try for 2-3 litres a day (64-100oz) or even more if you can. Try and sip constantly throughout the day... It's tough at first but you get used to it!
