Remember to weigh in right away in the morning, after going to the bathroom. Also, wear the same thing (preferably nothing, but since my scale is in the kitchen...I just refuse! lol)
I tend to be the "weigh-every-day" type. It really DOES get me doen sometimes. When you've been "good" all week and it shows no loss it's hard not to give up, but stay with it, and you'll be glad you did.
