P.S. pick a weigh in day. I only count Sunday morning as my "Official Weigh in" simply because it was the day I started Atkins. It isn't usually my lowest weight of the week that usually happens on Monday and Tuesday.
If you are going to weigh everyday no matter what (I understand I have the same problem) keep really good records (perfect?) of your food too and it might help you to discover potential problem foods that cause you to retain water or gain weight.
