I looked at around 4 days of your fitday. The only thing I can suggest is that on a couple of days it looked to me like your protein was kind of high and your fat was a little low. I have found that I lose best when my fat is 65-70% of my calories. You can add fat without adding carbs-try adding more butter or olive oil to your food.
