Sure thing, Another tip. Most food stores carry Bags of shredded cheeses, Cheddar,Mozzarella,Colby, taco blend etc... just sprinkle over some meat or vegetables(Broccolli, cauliflower, zuchinni, eggplant) and microwave at lunchtime. The melted cheese over your choice for lunch adds a new taste dimension to an otherwise lackluster lunch. A touch of soy sauce, garlic, horseradish sauce adds a special taste also to hohum lunces with little more prep. time. Take an empty wide mouth jar, set aside while you slowly saute' some garlic in pomace oil (cheapest variety of olive oil), a little butter for taste, let cool, pour the mixture into the wide mouth jar. Put some on some veggies after steaming then microwave for 1 min. and voila....tasty,tasty tasty. even for a snack.
hope I've given you a few ideas. I'll think of some more if you are still interested...Mikeman
