But seriously... I'm generally not one to be supportive of folks who want to sue McDonalds for selling quarter-pounders and super-sized fries that made them fat, but I would not be at all surprised to see the next wave of "obesity" lawsuits take a path similar to that followed by the tobacco lawsuits, i.e., allege that the manufacturers knew that HFCS caused health problems. Give the lawyers 20 years of discovery and they might even be able to prove it.
