In canada at least it is found in any grocery store. It is a sugar replacement. It's ingrediants is maltodextrin and the nasty sodium cyclamate. Splenda is the sugar replacement most atkins users use. You can buy both in little packets or a box and both splenda and sugar twin can be used for cooking, baking and sweetening anything you want--just like sugar.
