Hi there!
the exercise program that I am doing is called ChicoMetrics. It is similar is many ways to Callanetics but I like it better. It is based on the premise of "small muscle pulses done at the farthest range of contraction." It really works. You see results in about 3-4 sessions and the results keep coming! Combined with cardio and occassional yoga for a short time for me is a combo that just can't be beat.
If you want more info the website is ChicoMetrics.com The video is $20 and it is great cause he gives you alternatives to many of the exercises so you never get bored. And you only need to do it 2x a wk.
Also you can check at altfitness at yahoofroups.com as well for info.
I've done tons of ex programs over the years and this is the only one that has had such almost miraculous results. It is enjoyable too and grows with you.
