My question is is whether candida led to the yeast allegy? Is my body producing antibodies to the yeast in my intestinal tract which causes the positive results on the food allergy test?

You probably have candida and that gave the yeast allergy test result. An anti-candida diet should not include carbohydrates, except low-carbohydrate vegetables. Yeast should not be included in the diet and many foods that have yeast would be unacceptable since they also include carbohydrates. Cheese should be avoided until candida is ruled out. A very restrictive approach would be a quicker way to good health.

Good luck,
