I was also on anti-depressants & anti-anxeity meds. I took Zoloft, Wellbutrin, and Lithobid. I put on 30 pounds in 3 months. In June I weened myself off the meds. With the change in diet I feel much better. In Dr A's book, I read the symtoms of blood sugar stress, pretty much what I was feeling. My drs. diagnosed me with bipolar depression, without concidering the fact that I might have a problems with the diet I was on.
