Gee, since you folks have seen a 40% rise in egg prices, have you noticed a 40% drop in bread prices? If the explanations held water, I'd expect this...my guess is that there's a little "profiteering" going on in response to your headlines. Eggs still cost about the same in the U.S. as they did 20 years ago!
