I think this is quite normal. If I plotted my weight loss, the graph would have steep bits and flat bits.
I think your body has to adjust to those 30 pounds being gone and reorganise itself. Also your fat cells are now very stressed - the poor things can see themselves losing their jobs! They are hanging onto water to save their lives. Eventually, when it becomes obvious that you really do mean to sort them out, they will let go of the water and give up - you then get the famous 'whoosh' and lose some more weight.
So - keep doing all the things you are doing, maybe swap exercises for a while, since our bodies adjust pretty quickly and what was taxing a month ago may not be causing you to work as hard anymore. I've just had to up my running distance for just that reason.
