Generally,
I have 2 eggs seasoned with a touch of garlic powder and pepper scrambled or fried using either butter or olive oil for typical breakfest.
for lunch I have 2-3 cups of lettuce loosely packed with a bit of garlic powder, a dab of sour cream, and a large pinch of cheeder or some other none carb cheese with either a strips of steak or chicken. I use Olive oil and cider vineger for dressing.
For dinner its usually some form of meat seasoned with garlic powder and pepper. Generally just steak, a pork chop, or 2-3 drumsticks of chicken.
As far as water consumption goes, I thought drinking about a gallon a day would suffice?
