You have made a great start on your new WOL, but since you are stalling why not try posting a sample menu for us. What you eat for each meal and how much of each item in each meal. Once folks here see what you are eating they can give you lots and lots of tips to help you get back on your way to your goal. Be sure to include your supplements and any medication you are taking. It might be that your carbs are too low, your fat is too low or you aren't consuming enough calories.
Another thing, it is normal for your body to take "time out" from losing weight now and again to catch up with itself. Fat cells don't leave - they just try to fill up with water and make us look like we're not losing fat. Keep drinking lots of water to flush out that retained water.
Don't get discouraged. This plan will work. Just post your menu as I suggested so folks can help you "tweak" your Atkins plan to your best advantage.
