With your positive outlook and results you will definitely find success! I have found that this is by far the easiest "diet" I have ever been on. I consider this my WOL. All negative remarks aside, how much weight have "they" lost and kept off AND not starve to death? Jealousy will rear its ugly head- but nothing can make me take back the 78 lbs that I have lost.
