Default Lost 30 lbs but now stalled out

I started Atkins a little over a month ago, and since then I've lost about 30lbs. I've also started exercising a month ago on my Boflex knockoff for 40+ mins 3 times a week and 20 mins on my Nordic Track Skier during inbetween days. I drink about a gallon of water every day as well. This last week I noticed no weight loss at all. Its very discouraging since I have a ways to go to reach my goal. I read all the labels on my food, and the only carb intake I have are my daily lettuce and protein only salads. I've been making sure I'm still in Ketosis too using the urine strips, and according to the strips I'm at the highest messurable level. What do you think is going wrong?
