I was on Atkins for 2 months, lost 26 lbs. or so then went on vacation..Ate lotsa junk and that continued for 2 more months. I could kick myself now guessing how much I would have lost by now. I gained 5 lbs. back from my last weigh in on here and I refuse to put it back up lol. I restarted Atkins yesterday, not looking forward to carb withdrawl again though . But I'm sticking with it this time and no evil vacation shall stop me! lol I see lotsa new names here since I've last checked in. Welcome everyone . I didn't come here during those 2 months because it just made me feel guilty but I'm happy to say I'm back with Atkins and it's great to be back here. Just giving my comeback speech to initiate my restart of Atkins Thanks all!
