Hi, Girl! Good news on the side of LC is that since APRIL of this year most articles have been on our side of the debate.
Debate hell! What is to debate? We have an eating program that satisfies, promotes good health, and is easy to follow. They have some starve your butt off diet that triggers insulin levels to do tricks like a circus monkey! I think we win. I know I did! Pre-May of this year I was no longer living a "good" life. Today my butt is so full of life the fellas with the funny jackets may come to get me any day!
