Another wing recipe that is not so spicy but delicious is to coat the wings in butter and then in parmegan cheese mixed with paprika, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Bake (on foil!!!) for an hour at 350. Of course you can season to taste--Cajun blackened seasoning is my favorite.
