Have you tried things like Meatza, New York Cheese Cake, homemade LC chocolates, any one of several dozen creative omelets and fritatas??
Have you tried keeping a supply of microwave pork rinds on hand, to use in lieu of chips and crackers? Several good dips are LC also, giving you some easy to access guy food when you get to feeling bored.
