You can have the Atkins shakes on Induction (according to the website)... I have a couple a week (they're so expensive!)... but make a great alternative to hot dogs for breakfast.

I have also tried the EAS shakes and they're also low-fat... which you don't necessarily need on Induction. You WANT the fat. Personally, I think they taste watery compared to Atkins' shakes. I'd stick the higher-fat, Splenda-sweetened shakes from Atkins if you're gonna shake things up.
