Didnt get a chance to go to Curves today. So did my 1 mile walk away the pounds video. Realized why I joined Curves as I tried to do my exercise this evening. The 9 month old cried almost the entire time I was exercising as she used to do when I had try this previously. Well I let her cry and completed the video. I kept walking over to her trying to offer her comfort but she just wanted mama to quit and put her to bed.
