Needed that.... yes... I spend a lot of my time telling people that if they haven't done Atkins, how can they possibly know.... and just picking up a single line out of a whole book... is skewing facts badly... yet here am I worrying about something similar.....
So far it has been easier....not easy, but at least I am still mostly in control lol... not climbing walls yet... and well into day 3 and counting... but I know I can go 4 or 5 days... then wham back... so I am not relaxing yet....
Two days, 7 hours, 34 minutes and 8 seconds. 57 cigarettes not smoked, saving $23.15. Life saved: 4 hours, 45 minutes.
