Default The best Atkins-friendly restaurant!

We went to a Brazilian restaurant yesterday called Sal Grosso
This restaurant leads me to believe Dr. Atkins was Brazilion lol
The salad bar had Artichoke salad, asparagus, giant bowls of assorted olives,
fresh mozzarella, chunks of cheddar, salami slices, fresh broccoli, cauliflower and assorted baby lettuces. There was not one non-atkins friendly item and nothing was in sauces or syrups.
The highlight is they come around non stop to your table with giant slabs of meat on giant skewers that they carve at the table right on to your plate. They just keep coming until you beg for mercy. They have Rump Roast, filet Mignon wrapped in bacon, Brazilian Sausages, Chicken breast chunks wrapped in bacon, Lamb Roast, Lamb Chops, Roast Beef, Chicken Wings, Ribs, Pork Tenderloin, and Pork chunks dipped in Parmesan and roasted. There's no sauces on anything, just seasonings. I kept saying dear god this is atkins heaven. They even had wads of melted provolone cheese they brought around-no crusts or toppings! It was so freaking good. The ONLY thing they offered that wasn't Atkins friendly was fried bananas dipped in sugar and I wasn't even tempted by that. There was no bread or rolls on the table, they did have a giant cracker you could break pieces off of but nobody wanted to fill up on starches/carbs with all that meat coming
(off to the side of the salad bar they had some mashed potatoes and rice but nobody went near it because it was filler)
We discussed these types of restaurants in a thread a few weeks ago, so if your looking for a special place to celebrate I assume they are all similiar
It was extremely expensive ($40 a person) but I would say we definately ate our moneys worth.
For a special occasion it is ideal-it is an atkiners dream
