Maybe try some sugar free jello. Although Wenzday makes a good point. To keep my carb count down I would try to concentrate on something other than food. I know it is easier said then done. Or maybe hitting the books right after eatting a meal could help. The water suggustion is always a good idea. Hope this helps.
