First, congratulations on the anniversay, and dealing with the little one's injury AND for trying REALLY HARD to stay on your plan. TWO steakhouses! You really tried to find a place that would allow you to make good choices. But when you are tired, it is hard and you just gave in. Don't get too upset.

Clearly things are changing since you didn't really like things you used to love. So just get busy drinking water for the next day, eat ONLY lc foods and you're back. When you crave carbs, eat protein right away.

Life happens. You go back down a level and get back to it. Don't go near the scales for a week and you may never know it happened.

You have your mind in the right place so you WILL get back on right away.
