I just picked up Gen-Soy chips (very similar to rice cake chips) and they are on sale, buy one bag get one free(3.99 for two) at the A&P at Cheapside and Adelaide in four flavours, cheddar, nacho cheese, salt and vinegar and BBQ. They have 14 grams for 25 chips but there is no fiber listed so I'm not sure if that is the net count. They go great with the TGIF frozen spinach, cheese and artichoke dip. One puck (there are two in a pack) is only about 7 g. My new favorite appetizer, I usually have about 10 chips and load them up with dip for 14 g. A little high but totally worth it.
