She is NOT trying to lose weight! She is at goal! I feel abd about these replies to her since this was NOT what her post was about...she basically doesnt want to gain weight...I think we can all share that sentiment!!!

I am not sure how you can stop the behavior but recognizing it is a great first step!!! Now just try to study w/o eating and eventually maybe you'll have a new habit!
