Hear Hear! When I first started I thought I could lose my relatively few pounds easy. Nothing to it. Right? WRONG! It's taken months of hard work and consistency. And I have this great forum to thank for the support, the wisdom, and the humor that's gotten me through "thick and thin."

I still have a few more to go. It's taken a long time. But I'm grateful to everyone here for helping me along the way.
