ABSOLUTELY! I've never ever been below Plus sizes either.... but since I've started this WOL I absolutely believe I will not only get to normal sizes but to see single digit sizes as well! I can see myself as I was emant to be.... its amazing and I reach for it non stop! If I want to cheat I thikn about it and I stop myself. I am a fat burning machine...Its my mental picture...I visualize the fat melting away even when I sleep.... its working REALLY well this week... a ton of water helps too!
