One of the benefits of ketosis is loss of appetite which I also am experiencing Day 2 but doubt I am in ketosis...(could it be we are??).
But yes, like the others say, you must keep up with the protein...make sure you take a good multi vit/mineral formula or you will feel crappy and have muscle aches. Add some cheese, tuna, meats....all great sources of protein. Good luck.
