Joy was at it again today! She said Atkins Diet will never work because you learn nothing about portion control. "They can eat all they want - eat this much bacon for 10 hours and lose weight." Merrideth asked why they lose so much then-it seems to work for people and Joy says -"I bet they don't keep it off for long because they never learn how to eat-it's portion control."
It will indeed be interesting to see how long she keeps HER weight off.
