Hey thanks! I saved all your ideas in my computer. Ive been thinking a protein shake would be good after I roller blade in the morning. Im kind of lost as to what protein shake to get though. I have Keto Shakes in the pantry that have just been sitting there since I started upping carbs. Why have a Peaches N Creme shake when I can have a regular peach!
