You must be so tired of the comments, and they are kinda humorous, because people mean so well.
But think of it this way, as I'm sure you already do: If you weren't such a success and inspiration, they wouldn't be asking for advice! 
Keep smiling and giving the tips you already give. Sooner or later they'll see the weight stay off and then they'll start it for themselves...you may be starting a trend at work!
