Okay, I checked the vanilla and strawberry flavors and they don't list sugar so it must just be the lemon flavor. I will avoid it since I know that much sugar can't be good. I see a lot of people talk about the chocolate almond but I didn't see any of it. Does anyone know if it has sugar? Like I said this is just an occasional treat for my DH but he enjoys it and doesn't seem to be hurt by the treats he allows himself. Good thing I love him or
