Cottage cheese, the full fat 4% kind is great for OWL. Take and blend with berries for a sweet snack. I like doing this with no salt added kind. It can also be mixed with cream cheese or whole milk ricotta. There are cheesecake recipes that use it, as well as mixing it with spinich for a kind of floratine lasagne without the noodles.
