Bread.... i.e. for pizza, toast, garlic bread, pastry bread, etc. But then again, after the first week of induction, I found that I was able to easily say no to things I'm not supposed to have, even with people taunting them in front of me :P I just keep on remember the number on the scale I saw in the morning and the fact that I don't want to get further away from my goal.
