i think it has more to do with body image than the diet itself. but that is just my opinion. after losing 65 lbs. and going from a size 20 to either a size 10 or a size 8(depending on the maker) i cant help but feel better about my body. and i think that attitude affects me and my hubby. i feel better. i look better - how can that not affect sex drive??!
