Followup question - I WAY Overate the mashed cauliflower! Sweet mother of god, that was worth every freakin gram of carb!
So I put it in fitday (2 cups) and it says 10 Grams of carbs.
But just above someone said 2 cups had 5 NET grams.
Is there a secret calculation I dont know about?
Why does fitday say 10?
