I am finding with all these discusions about different things it really gets you to explore your childhood. It is better than a damn shrink. I am finding that you explore on this site what went right and what went wrong. You start thinking about family relationships and where you stand on that one. You think about now and when you lose the weight--it is sometimes scary!!! After reading the posts not only do I think of that but what has happened in my life. So thank you all who posts questions as well as answers them. You are answering more questions then I could ever ask and I am finding solutions.
