I'm not Karen, but I can help you with this one. Canadian Sugar Twin is the brand name for sodium cyclamate - not available here. We can substitute with Splenda - either granular or tablets. Tablets have the great advantage of being almost devoid of carbs whereas granulated Splenda has 24 carbs per cup.

PS: Sugar Twin is "spoon for spoon" the same as Splenda, so Splenda can be directly substituted. The tablets as you probably know are each the equivalent to 1 teaspoon sugar, so for North American recipes, 48 tablets = 1 cup sugar.
