Just make it one day. Put it in front of him, I'm sure he'll try a bite of it (and then proceed to scarf the whole bowl!) When I told DH about it he was like -- ehhhhhh, I don't know . . . . I made it anyway and now it's one of his favorites. When he goes to the store he always buys cauliflower, making sure we always have some on hand so I can whip some up if we suddenly feel the urge.
