Great words of wisdom, folks, thank you.

I did do some gentle stretching after HIIT and felt better afterward, too. Some yoga poses would be good. I doubled my glutamine last might and this am and am feeling much, much better. Pecs are still sore, but everything else is either back to normal or just about. I think I will go ahead and do a modifed UB, very light weights and minus direct pec training. I work out in the evenings so I have some time to see. Plus, I've now got a truckload of hay to unload and stack, and 15 bags of feed. That might be enough.
