I use a stair machine for my HIIT. I decided to push myself to the max yesterday and really challange myself. I managed to do it, but after I reflected I probably shouldn't of done it after my first day of legs

I had a bad day that involved running all over campus and many flights of stairs after that, so by afternoon my hamstrings were screaming. I turned on my yoga tape and did some deep forward bends. My legs were still a bit stiff, but I felt amazing and could walk without pain.

I would really recomend that days you are stiff, pick a time in the afternoon and follow a simple yoga tape, or do careful stretching to loosen the muscles. Make sure to have proper form and use any kind of modifications you need to so as not to overextend or do more damage to the muscle. It really helped though not only my legs, but I felt much more relaxed, destressed and energized
