Stiff, I'd take the day off. Those first workouts can be hard, and you went very hard and heavy - I'm betting you pushed the envelope and ventured into hyperplasia territory (new muscle not just tearing old muscle). Try HIIT the next day - just get sufficient calories, water and rest tomorrow.
